TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 6 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of creativelighting.co (the “Site”) and any programmes, training, advisory services, mentorship, digital content, events, resources, bookings, or other services offered by Creative Lighting through the Site or through an associated proposal, invoice, booking page, or written agreement.
The Site is operated by Creative Lighting L.L.C-FZ (“Creative Lighting”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, purchasing a product or service, registering for a programme, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase or participate in our services.

Contact email: hello@creativelighting.co
2. Additional Agreements
Certain services may be subject to additional terms contained in a proposal, booking page, invoice, order confirmation, programme description, statement of work, or separate written agreement.
Where additional written terms apply to a specific engagement, those terms form part of the agreement between you and Creative Lighting.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement or expressly agreed proposal, the separately agreed terms will take priority for that particular service.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services or make purchases through the Site.
If you use the Site, submit a booking, or enter into an agreement on behalf of a company, studio, organisation, university, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our professional services are not intended for children. Participants under the age of 18 may only take part where expressly permitted and with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, school, or responsible organisation.
4. Our Services
Creative Lighting may offer services including:
- Bespoke studio training and private team programmes
- AI workflow masterclasses and advisory services
- Architectural visualisation masterclasses and workshops
- Mentorship and creative direction programmes
- Speaking engagements, events, and partnerships
- Live and recorded educational content
- Digital resources, course materials, and member content
- Consultation, strategy, and professional development services
The exact content, scope, schedule, duration, deliverables, participant numbers, and format of a service will be described on the relevant page or in the applicable proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or written agreement.
We may introduce, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue services from time to time.
5. Enquiries, Proposals and Bookings
Submitting an enquiry or completing a contact form does not create a binding obligation for Creative Lighting to provide a service.
A booking or professional engagement is confirmed only when the required proposal, scope, payment, deposit, or written confirmation has been accepted or received.
Unless otherwise stated, proposals and quoted prices are valid only for the period specified in the proposal. Where no period is stated, a proposal may be withdrawn or updated at any time before acceptance.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information about your team, objectives, software, workflow, technical requirements, availability, and any other details required to prepare or deliver the service.
Delays, changes, or additional work resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the schedule, scope, or price of the engagement.
6. Prices, Payments and Taxes
Prices may be displayed on the Site, confirmed through a booking page, or provided through a customised proposal or invoice.
All fees must be paid in the currency and within the payment period stated on the relevant invoice, checkout page, proposal, or agreement.
We may require full payment, a non-refundable booking fee, or a deposit before reserving dates, beginning preparation, providing access, or delivering a service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include taxes, banking charges, currency-conversion fees, travel expenses, accommodation, venue costs, equipment hire, or other third-party expenses.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, transfer fees, or other charges applicable to your purchase, except for taxes imposed directly on Creative Lighting’s income.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Squarespace Payments, banks, or other authorised providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Creative Lighting does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions stated on a booking page, proposal, invoice, programme description, or separate written agreement will apply to the relevant service.
Private Training, Advisory and Mentorship
Fees and deposits may become non-refundable once dates have been reserved, substantial preparation has begun, customised materials have been created, or delivery of the service has commenced.
Requests to reschedule will be considered in good faith but are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Any non-recoverable costs already incurred by Creative Lighting remain payable.
Digital Content and Immediate Access
Where you receive immediate access to recordings, downloadable resources, course materials, member pages, or other digital content, refunds are generally not available after access or delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the content is materially defective and cannot reasonably be corrected or replaced.
Live Public Programmes and Events
If you are unable to attend a live session or event, access to an alternative date or recording will be provided only where this is expressly included in the programme description.
Participant absence, scheduling conflicts, internet failure, software incompatibility, or failure to meet published technical requirements does not automatically create a right to a refund.
On-Site Services and Travel
Travel, accommodation, venue, equipment, and other third-party expenses that have already been booked or incurred are non-refundable unless the relevant supplier provides a refund.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Creative Lighting
Creative Lighting may reschedule or cancel a programme, event, or session where reasonably necessary due to illness, insufficient enrolment, technical issues, travel disruption, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where Creative Lighting cancels a paid service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date, alternative delivery, credit, or equivalent service, we will refund the fees paid for the undelivered portion of that service.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
8. Studio and Team Responsibilities
Where a programme is booked for a studio, company, university, or other organisation, the booking organisation is responsible for:
- Confirming the number and identity of authorised participants
- Ensuring participants receive the schedule and access information
- Providing suitable computers, software, licences, internet access, equipment, and facilities
- Confirming that participants are permitted to use any projects or materials shared during the programme
- Ensuring compliance with applicable workplace, venue, health, safety, and security requirements
- Informing Creative Lighting of relevant accessibility or technical requirements in advance
Unless otherwise agreed, Creative Lighting is not responsible for purchasing, supplying, configuring, or supporting third-party software, hardware, subscriptions, accounts, licences, or internet connectivity.
9. Educational and Professional Disclaimer
Our training, masterclasses, mentorship, advisory, and educational resources are intended to provide professional knowledge, creative direction, practical frameworks, and general guidance.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, decisions, participation, available resources, market conditions, implementation, team structure, and technical environment.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific financial, commercial, career, or employment outcomes
- Specific improvements in revenue, productivity, or business performance
- Compatibility with every software version, device, workflow, or third-party service
- Continued availability or performance of third-party AI models, platforms, or tools
- That any particular method, tool, or recommendation will be suitable for every project
You remain responsible for evaluating and implementing any information, workflow, strategy, or recommendation provided through our services.
10. Digital Access and Programme Materials
Access to digital content, recordings, private pages, course resources, presentations, prompts, templates, or programme materials is personal to the purchaser or limited to the authorised participants stated in the booking.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you may not:
- Share login details or access links with unauthorised users
- Record, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, broadcast, sell, sublicense, or redistribute programme content
- Use our materials to create or deliver competing courses, training, products, or commercial resources
- Remove copyright, branding, attribution, or proprietary notices
- Extract, scrape, or systematically download content from private pages or learning platforms
Any access period stated on the applicable programme page or confirmation applies to that purchase. References to “lifetime access”, where expressly offered, mean access for as long as Creative Lighting continues to operate and host the relevant content in its current or an equivalent format. It does not guarantee permanent availability of a particular platform, website, file format, or third-party service.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, branding, text, photographs, videos, presentations, training materials, frameworks, graphics, designs, downloads, templates, prompts, recordings, and other resources are owned by or licensed to Creative Lighting and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the relevant service or materials for your own internal, educational, or professional purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
The names, logos, brands, and trademarks of third-party companies remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply ownership by Creative Lighting.
12. Client Projects and Confidential Materials
Where you provide project files, images, documents, business information, workflows, or other materials for the purpose of delivering a service, you retain ownership of those materials.
You grant Creative Lighting a limited right to access, review, reproduce, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to prepare or deliver the agreed service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share the materials with us and that our agreed use of them will not infringe the rights of another person or organisation.
Confidentiality obligations may also be set out in a separate non-disclosure agreement, proposal, or written contract.
Creative Lighting will not publish or use confidential client projects for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes without permission.
13. Recordings, Photography and Testimonials
Live sessions, events, masterclasses, or programmes may be recorded where this is stated in advance.
Participants must not independently record, photograph, stream, or redistribute a session without prior written permission.
We will not use a private client’s name, logo, confidential project, testimonial, photograph, or recording for public marketing without appropriate permission.
Where you voluntarily provide a testimonial or approve promotional use, you grant Creative Lighting permission to reproduce and display the approved material in connection with our website, portfolio, presentations, social media, and marketing communications.
14. Feedback and Submissions
You may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, comments, or ideas relating to the Site or our services.
You retain ownership of any original content you submit. However, by submitting feedback intended for our evaluation or public use, you grant Creative Lighting a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and communicate that feedback for legitimate business, service-improvement, and promotional purposes.
We are not required to implement suggestions, maintain unsolicited ideas in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to every submission.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, confidential, infringing, or malicious content.
15. Review Spaces and Separate Services
The Site may describe or link to Review Spaces and other products, platforms, businesses, or services.
Unless a purchase or service is expressly identified as being provided directly by Creative Lighting, the Review Spaces website, Photoshop plugin, account, credits, AI models, technical support, purchases, and related services are governed by the terms, policies, pricing, and support arrangements published by Review Spaces.
Following a link from Creative Lighting to Review Spaces or another external platform does not make Creative Lighting responsible for the external service’s operation, availability, pricing, data processing, outputs, or technical performance.
16. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our content and services may refer to, demonstrate, link to, or depend upon third-party products and platforms, including software, AI models, rendering tools, payment processors, video platforms, webinar services, social networks, plugins, and cloud services.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may change their pricing, features, models, terms, availability, output quality, or technical requirements without notice to Creative Lighting.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by the provider’s own terms, policies, licence conditions, and privacy practices.
Creative Lighting is not responsible for:
- Third-party service interruptions, errors, removals, or changes
- Loss of credits, subscriptions, files, data, or account access held by a third party
- The legality, accuracy, ownership, or suitability of third-party generated outputs
- Decisions made by third-party platforms regarding accounts, content, moderation, or access
17. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites, registration platforms, payment pages, social-media services, resources, tools, or partner websites.
External websites are not controlled by Creative Lighting. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability, accuracy, terms, products, services, or privacy practices.
You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using an external website or completing a transaction with a third party.
18. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site, our services, or our materials:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purpose
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, or other legal rights
- To distribute viruses, malware, harmful code, or disruptive technology
- To gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, private pages, files, or data
- To scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or systematically extract Site content without permission
- To interfere with the operation, security, performance, or availability of the Site
- To impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority
- To share paid or restricted content with unauthorised persons
- To reproduce our programmes or materials as competing commercial training
- To harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm another person
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or that use of the Site or services creates a security, legal, reputational, or operational risk.
19. Accuracy and Availability
We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current. However, content may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, technical inaccuracies, or omissions.
Programme descriptions, schedules, instructors, tools, prices, availability, features, and third-party references may change.
We may correct errors, update content, change prices, refuse or cancel an order, or withdraw an offer where information is materially inaccurate, subject to applicable law.
Historical information, recorded sessions, tool demonstrations, and archived materials are provided for reference and may not reflect current software versions, features, interfaces, pricing, or industry practices.
20. Service Availability and Technical Requirements
We do not guarantee that the Site, a live session, learning platform, recording, download, or third-party integration will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, software updates, platform changes, internet disruption, cybersecurity incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
You are responsible for confirming that your devices, browsers, internet connection, software, accounts, subscriptions, and technical environment meet any published requirements before participating in a programme or purchasing a digital service.
Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to restore access, provide replacement materials, reschedule delivery, or offer another suitable solution where a material problem is caused by Creative Lighting.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and any general information made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Except for obligations expressly stated in an applicable proposal, agreement, or mandatory law, we do not make warranties that:
- The Site or services will be uninterrupted or completely error-free
- Every feature, link, platform, recording, or resource will remain permanently available
- Information or third-party tool demonstrations will remain current
- Use of our services will produce a specific commercial, creative, technical, or career result
- Third-party AI outputs will be accurate, original, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, Creative Lighting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, business interruption, or data, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site or a third-party platform
- Your implementation of educational, strategic, technical, or creative guidance
- Third-party tools, models, software, outputs, products, or services
- Unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials
- Events beyond Creative Lighting’s reasonable control
Where Creative Lighting is found liable in connection with a specific paid service, our total aggregate liability relating to that service will not exceed the fees actually paid to Creative Lighting for the affected service, except where a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
23. Business Indemnity
Where you use the Site or our services on behalf of a business, organisation, or professional practice, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Creative Lighting harmless from third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from:
- Your material breach of these Terms or a separate agreement
- Materials you provide without the required rights or permissions
- Your unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorised use of our services
- Your distribution or misuse of restricted programme content
This section does not require you to indemnify Creative Lighting for losses caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the Site, contact forms, newsletter, payment pages, bookings, or programme registrations is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, forms, email, analytics, payments, bookings, events, and technical delivery.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, a programme, private content, or another service where:
- Payment remains overdue
- You materially breach these Terms or an applicable agreement
- You share unauthorised access or distribute protected materials
- Your conduct is unlawful, abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to other participants
- Continued access creates a security, legal, reputational, or operational risk
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue before terminating access.
Termination does not affect payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, limitations of liability, or other provisions intended to continue after termination.
26. Force Majeure
Creative Lighting will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, natural disaster, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, government action, travel restrictions, labour disruption, internet or power failure, cybersecurity incidents, supplier failure, venue closure, platform outage, or interruption of a third-party service.
Where such an event materially affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule, adapt, replace, or otherwise complete the affected delivery where practicable.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services.
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication and reasonable discussion.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the most recent update date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published unless another date is stated. Changes will not retroactively alter the essential terms of a confirmed paid service unless required by law or agreed with you.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
29. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable proposal, invoice, order confirmation, programme conditions, or separate written agreement, constitute the agreement between you and Creative Lighting concerning the relevant service.
Severability
If any provision is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver
A failure or delay in exercising a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under a confirmed booking or agreement without our prior written consent. Creative Lighting may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a business restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer of relevant operations, provided that your rights are not materially reduced.
Electronic Communications
You agree that proposals, invoices, confirmations, notices, and other communications may be provided electronically by email, through the Site, or through an applicable booking or payment platform.
